4 Weeks of Exercise

Here is a four week calendar of exercises to start your first full week of 2016. I challenge each person to do these training days for the next four weeks. If you are currently on another training program, you can still do these workouts. Just skip the cardio machine and knock out these quick bodyweight workouts. They can be done anywhere!
