When it comes to having the most fun while staying on track with your diet this summer, it might seem impossible. Over the years I have been able to experience the time of my life with friends and family; while staying pretty lean.

Of course, there are multiple weeks in a row where I get totally off track with nutrition, but getting back on the horse has become much easier as I continue to practice and preach what I do.
