You Are Super - Find Your Inner Heroics

You don't know it yet, but you are a superhero. Whether you are a man, woman, boy, girl, or young child. You are a superhero. Every day, we wake up and do our same routine and have the same thought process that runs through our brain.

With each morning, it is an opportunity to wake up, look at yourself in the mirror and say "Let's crush today". Things happen instantaneously and we tend to forget what we are capable of everyday. It is Monday, you may have caught yourself saying a few of these lines this morning.

"I don't want to get up yet, five more minutes!"

"Ugh, my hair is not cooperating this morning!"

"My work clothes are wrinkled!"

"Sh*t! I am going to be late!"

"Why is traffic sooo slow today!?"

"This is going to be a long week"

Amirite or Am I Right?!

Look! Unfortunate things happen each day. Some terrible, and some events that are not really that bad. There are many events that occur each day that you can control. From the time you wake up and until the last thought is ran through your mind before sleeping at night, you do have control of certain situations. It is up to you to take charge. The body and mind work very well together. If you can get the mindset clear and crisp, the body will follow. However, I don't want you to think that your body cannot spark the brain into crisp and clear thought processes.

By taking control of what you do, you have the opportunity to stand out. You have the opportunity to make a difference. You have the chance to motivate someone you may not even know.

When you are on the treadmill, stair stepper, bike, or even out walking your dog; you might just be making a difference in someone else's mindset. The perspective vision is motivating to all people of different shapes, sizes, and ability to do things. Motivation becomes real through the thought processes and vision of each individual. Seeing, hearing, or reading about a personal best accomplishment is intoxicating to ones who are already motivated. Yet, there are hundreds of thousands of individuals who are intoxicated through other methods of poor decision making. With our unconscious efforts, these individuals can find that positive mindset of actions and thoughts.

You can be in control of that. This world we live in is nothing short of negativity. Presidential candidates, terrorism, racism, and just pure negativity. This is seen via social media and the television. The adolescents and teenagers of today, they no longer have the role models that there used to be. Instead of Saturday morning comic cartoons, it is more about playing a gaming system or sleeping in until noon. I have been on both sides of the spectrum. Anyways, enough with the negative mindset. I needed to give a brief overview statement of our world today. Simply put, too much negativity.

But you my friend, you are a superhero. You can change someone's mindset, actions, or overall life vision of someone. The actions that are created today will impact the people around you. How do you want to be seen when you step into work and while you leave work each day. It is not about the shape or size you are in. It is the actions and words that you can fill a room with. Create the positivity that your children and friends will thrive on. With that, you are not only helping yourself, you are helping others that surround you.

Through a positive mindset, there typically comes motivation to exercise. So with that, I want to encourage you to drop me a note in the message box. I will send you the first four weeks of each Superhero Training Manual I have created. I want your newly mindset to be elevated even further with one of these exercise plans.

In the Batman Training Manual, you will watch your body progress into a much stronger and leaner you. strength and overall body-fat loss is what this program entitles. If you are a Wonder Woman, you will gain serious strength and muscle development through programming that has been studied to work very quickly.

Then, A Greater Tomorrow: The Superman Training Manual. This program will be very similar to the Batman Training Manual. However, you will start to carry yourself with pride and confidence while making decisions that will level up the motivation and hope of the ones who surround you. With this program, you will notice that you will look forward to every tomorrow because you know you can make it Great.
