My name is Isaiah Perry, I am a 24 year old coach who has worked in the personal training field for about a year but I have been developing programming for not only myself but others for years during my college days at Western Illinois University.
My favorite thing about being a coach: Being able to make a positive impact on someone’s life, it is not only the person’s physical change I enjoy seeing but the mental change as well. While working with clients and friends I’ve found that the harder they work and better results they see the better moods they are in and their outlook on life changes drastically and it is something I am very proud of being involved in.
My passion outside of the gym: Football, while I ran track in college after my time was up I moved on to playing semi-pro football for a different number of leagues and am currently working towards an Arena Football contract.
Quote to live by: is one by motivational speaker Eric Thomas, “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe then you’ll be successful.” I chose this quote as I believe with anything in life, in or outside of the gym you have to have a strong drive and motivation to be the best you possible. If you put the work into what you believe in the results will always follow.
