Patrick graduated from Monmouth College majoring in Exercise Science & minoring in Business Adminstration

He is the proud owner of two weiner dogs

 

Favorite thing about being a coach: I get to teach people what I have learned over years of experience from other coaches. My coaches have taught me so much and the education I have learned along with my internal motivation needs to be given back to people who seek my expertise. Also, hitting PR's is pretty fun too.

 

Favorite thing about being an athlete: I am leading by example and it helps me hold my competitive edge that I was born with. 

 

Passion outside of the gym is: To build a positive lifestyle for my current and future family.
