PTfit Daily - Three Dinners In Under 30 Minutes

It's around 10:00 AM and you have had a great start to your day. Oatmeal, a glass of milk, and an apple for breakfast. Things are going well. 


Lunchtime rolls around and you just had a salad packed with lean protein and filling vegetables. Fantastic! 


Off work! Time to head home, do some chores and eat some dinner. 


Buuut... I don't know what I want to eat. I ate well all day, I'll just run down the street and go through the drive thru. 


"Let me get a couple cookies too"

After a successful day (about 10 hours), the whole day of on point nutrition for many fitness goals has erupted.

So, what should you eat?

Well, check out this nifty photo collage. 




Top Photo:

  • Ground Turkey Burger (93% lean / 7% fat)

  • Green Peppers (as much as you desire)

  • 4 Scrambled Eggs

  • 1/2 of an avocado

Cook Time: Not even 15 Minutes.


Bottom Left Photo:

  • The Best Damn Steak Ever

    • (from Kroeger for $5!!! - go shopping on Monday's)

  • Asparagus

  • Red Peppers

    • (Asparagus and Red Peppers were bought in the chef's special section for under $4)

Cook Time: Probably closer to 20 to 25 minutes.

  • 1 Turkey Burger (93% lean / 7% fat - On the George Foreman)

  • 1 Deer Hamburger (97% lean / 3% fat - On the George Foreman)

  • Vegetable Mix

  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg

  • 1 Avocado

Cook Time: Probably closer to 20 to 25 minutes.
