When it comes to pain in your neck, back, hips or knees what do you do to overcome that pain?

When I am in pain, here is what I do and may recommend for you as well.

(Just depends who you are)

1. Move! Your body is meant to move. Yes, rest is good. However, you must keep active.

2. Proper Nutrition! Having pizza and beer once every great while is okay. Just make sure 90-95% of your nutrition is on point!

3. Ever try chiropractic care? I used to think it was a bunch of hocus pocus. Boy, I sure was wrong. Headaches, neck pain, and hip pain; all relieved by my primary chiropractor.

This just a few recommendations! Stay tuned tomorrow for something I tried for the first time today
